Thermal Imager Search & Rescue SAR Triage Fire
Fire
SMALL and LIGHT WEIGHT
The Imager weighs 2.6 lbs with everything on board. The size is 4x6x3.5, small enough to allow you to see around it, big enough to give you a great view. The Imager allows for ample peripheral vision.
ERGONOMICAL BALANCE
The Imager's weight is split half in front of the face piece, half behind the helmet. The Imager pod is lower than the user's center of gravity and the battery is high. The balance actually improves balance of the headgear a fire fighter currently wears.
ZERO DISPLACEMENT
The Imager eye is directly in front of the user's eyes, so everything he sees is exactly in front of him, as though looking straight ahead. No need to compensate for Imager eyes displaced up on the elmet or out at the hand.
VIRTUAL REALITY
From 2.5 feet to 6 feet in front of the user, the view is virtually identical to actual eyesight. The range of virtual reality is selected close in, where the user needs this sight to do tasks that require eye-hand coordination. Tasks impossible with other Imagers become natural and easy with minimal training and familiarization. The further away the view is, the more can be seen, because the Imager actually shrinks the image to pack more view in the picture, the further away the view is.
DUAL VISION PRESERVED
The Imager is so low in profile, it is easy to look around its periphery to see in natural light when
that is available. Peripheral vision and sight straight ahead is as easy as a tip of the head. Stowing the Imager on the helmet brim is also an easy option.
BI-OCULAR VIEWER
You see best and work best when both eyes can see the object of your attention. And with Imager's viewer, the image is crisp and ample in size.

We have just begun deliveries of the marine versions of the "Magswitch" Switchable Rare Earth Magnets to customers in Asia. Currently we are testing these for tethering inflatable's (RHIBS) to moving vessels in an assault situation.
Our magnets can be used both on land and underwater - we will leave usage up to your imagination! The Magnetic field can be easily switched on and off for quiet covert attachment. Removal is simple making the units versatile and reuseable.

"I was approached from my Pacific Navy counterpart in regards to this useful product. I am currently in charge of the Combat Engineer Diver Training/OPs and equip purchases for the Army divers. I have used this product (Ruslyn Cordwheel) on the Combat Engineer Dive Course and on our recent annual Army Dive Exercise in Pacific Canada which dealt with underwater demolitions. This reel meets the requirements for our use of wrapping det cord and or any various rope like lines without any problems. This is another great item to add in our current Army Diver toolbox."
