Military Drysuit - Swimmers & Military Drysuit Tactical Min Mag
The core of our marine Tactical Drysuit tri-laminate material lies in the BIOTEX 601TM film made through a special manufacturing method using micro porous polyurethane film that creates layers like of a three dimensional structure. This unique structure gives the material outstanding water resistance in conjunction with exceptional air and moisture permeability.
The BIOTEX core is then bonded to a nylon tricot fabric lining that is easy to slip on and protects it against friction and wear.
The final external layer of strong but lightweight Polyester (210 denier) is then bonded to the other side of the BIOTEX core and then processed to become water repellent and fire retardant, thus completing the AAS tri-laminate material.
The BIOTEX film melting point is 180-degree centigrade:
a. BIOTEX film is stable and will not change or be damaged by grease, oil or thinners.
b. BIOTEX film protects the suit against any biological organism or gas larger than air molecules.
c. BIOTEX film will withstand an outside working temperature of centigrade -40 degrees for over 20 minutes.
The lightweight but strong Polyester 210 denier external material being both fire-retardant and water-repellent effectively protects the BIOTEX film.
a. Fire retardant treatment of the polyester fabric can keep the internal temperature of the BIOTEX film at less than 40 centigrade when subjected to a flame of 800 degrees C for ten seconds at a distance of 10mm.
b. Below is a comparison of materials used by opposition companies that compares Vapor permeability, Dew condensation and Air permeability.

We have just begun deliveries of the marine versions of the "Magswitch" Switchable Rare Earth Magnets to customers in Asia. Currently we are testing these for tethering inflatable's (RHIBS) to moving vessels in an assault situation.
Our magnets can be used both on land and underwater - we will leave usage up to your imagination! The Magnetic field can be easily switched on and off for quiet covert attachment. Removal is simple making the units versatile and reuseable.

"I was approached from my Pacific Navy counterpart in regards to this useful product. I am currently in charge of the Combat Engineer Diver Training/OPs and equip purchases for the Army divers. I have used this product (Ruslyn Cordwheel) on the Combat Engineer Dive Course and on our recent annual Army Dive Exercise in Pacific Canada which dealt with underwater demolitions. This reel meets the requirements for our use of wrapping det cord and or any various rope like lines without any problems. This is another great item to add in our current Army Diver toolbox."
