The Hammerhead SMV (Sub-surface Multi-Mission Vehicle) is a groundbreaking modular underwater platform designed to deliver both manned and unmanned maritime mission capability. • Hybrid Control: Autonomous & Manual – Operates under autonomous navigation (via the integrated system) or engages operator control when required. 

• Advanced Navigation & Data Systems – Integrates with systems such as the Navigator Delta 2, Dive Tablet 2 or E-TAC from Shark Marine Technologies, giving mapping, station-keeping, Doppler navigation, sonar object detection, GPS pole positioning and heading/course data.

• Redundant Power & Expandable Battery System – Core module includes five battery packs (21Ah each = 105Ah), with additional modules available to extend endurance; accessory power port delivers up to 1 000 W for external gear (lights, cameras, heated suits etc).

• High-Thrust, Precision Maneuvering – Driven by four thrusters (two rotating at the bow, two fixed at the stern), each capable of ~100 lb thrust, housed in impact-resistant aluminium enclosures with brushless motors and glass-filled nylon propellers.
